Delivery & Installation Policy
- Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday only. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Delivery and installation services apply only to furniture orders and include:
- Unpacking and assembly
- Placement in your preferred room
- Removal of packaging materials
- Bulky/Heavy Items (150cm–200cm or above) such as bed frames, wardrobes, tall shelves, cabinets, sofas, loft beds, and large tables may incur additional charges.
- Stairwell Access: $15-30 per flight of stairs if the item does not fit in the lift.
- Customers must ensure accessibility of their premises. Failed delivery attempts due to inaccessibility may result in extra charges.
