Can I view the furniture in person?
We operate online and do not have a showroom. All products include detailed descriptions and photos so you can shop with confidence.

Will the product look exactly like the photo?
Photos are for illustration only. Natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are expected and not considered defects.


πŸ’³ Payment & Cancellations

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept PayNow and iBanking transfers.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production starts immediately. Cancellations are only allowed if the item is unavailable.


🚚 Delivery & Installation

When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes 6–10 weeks from the order date. Timelines may be affected by shipping or external factors.

Do you deliver every day?
Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery and basic assembly are free. Extra charges apply for:

  • Bulky or heavy items (e.g., bed frames, wardrobes, sofas)
  • Stairwell access ($20 per flight if item doesn’t fit in lift)
  • Wall drilling or disposal services

What if I’m not home to receive the delivery?
Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Missed deliveries without notice may incur additional fees.

What if my item is defective?

  • Minor defects: We provide refurbishment or repair.
  • Major defects: We provide a one-time replacement (may take 6–10 weeks).
    Please report defects within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Do you accept returns for change of mind?
No, we only accept exchanges for manufacturer defects.

Is there a warranty?
Yes, all items come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects. Warranty excludes natural wear and tear, misuse, or modifications.

Do you ship outside Singapore?
Currently, we deliver within Singapore only.
